We then provide a comprehensive report of our findings. with a "Gap analysis", we then provide a list of the documents and programs to be implemented in order to achieve ISO certification.

In this phase we develop all of the necessary quality manuals, SOP's, Quality Control Plans, work instructions, etc.. that are missing and train your management on these standards and how to implement them and audit their success in your daily operations and services to your clients.

Once the quality program has been established and set into place, we audit your operations and services and train your quality team members and managers on audit procedures. We then perform a pre-audit inspection of your company and the newly implemented and/or revised quality management system and recommend you for ISO certification by an authorized certifying body.

ISO 9001:2015
ISO 9001 is an ISO certification of a company's quality management system and covers the overall, broad scope of quality management. We have certified ISO auditors on staff that can prepare your company for the audit and certification.
ISO 14000 – Environmental Management
ISO 14001: 2015 concerns a company's ability to manage their environmental responsibilities. ISO 14001:2015 focuses on the environmental systems employed within a company, with other standards in this group focusing on audits, communications, labelling and life cycle analysis, as well as environmental changes. This certification provides assurance to management and employees, as well as stakeholders, that the environmental impact of the company or organization is not only being measured but improved.
ISO 29001 – Petroleum, Natural Gas, and Petrochemical Quality Management System
This certification concerns quality management system requirements for product and service supply organizations to the petroleum, petrochemical and natural gas industries. This certification is a supplement to ISO 9001:2015. The supplementary requirements and guidance to ISO 9001:2015 have been developed to manage supply chain risks and opportunities associated with the petroleum, petrochemical and natural gas industries and to provide a framework for aligning requirements with complementary standards employed within the industries.
ISO 2700 Information Security Management Systems (ISMS)
This certification concerns and organization's ability to keep information assets secure and safe. The popularity of this standard is obvious: it helps an organization manage the security of assets such as financial information, intellectual property, employee data and information, or information entrusted to third parties. ISMS is a systematic approach to managing information that is deemed sensitive and of significant value to a business. It includes people, processes and IT systems, applying a risk assessment process and can be of enormous benefit to any sized organization, irrespective of the field they occupy.
